Super Bowl

Super Bowl Sunday is almost here and the lineup is fantastic. I have always loved the Giants and hope to hell they win the Super Bowl this year. The Patriots are all fucktards as far as I am concerned, even if they did make it. I think I am going ot invite some of the guys over for the game next weekend. Pizza and beer are on the menu as well as whatever else I run across when I hit the store this week. My big screen TV has been moved into the living room and out of the den. This will give me more room for the guys.

I love this particular weekend because it is a total guy weekend. Even the wives of my friends either get into it or disappear so we can do our thing. Mostly they go to the mall and spend money, having their own girly day shit. Whatever they do, I don’t care, so long as it doesn’t interrupt the game. I’m not saying it to be ab asshole, just being honest. I gotta make sure Davy doesn’t get stuck with his kids either. Last year they whined and cried all through the game and it wasn’t fair to them or us. Hopefully their mother takes them with her or stays at home with them.

We partied like it was 1999…lol No,w that was a great party – just like I said it would be. Of course, there always has to be one asshole and the asshat award goes to….duh duh duh duh ….. Joe’s date, Shelly ! Talk about a fucking cunt ! OMG I hope he doesn’t keep that dumb twat. Anyway, the rest of the party rocked ! We played beer pong till 4 am and got totally wasted. I love throwing a badass new years party, and this one will be talked about for years to come. Especially since my wife threw Joe’s date in the pool…lmao. That was classic.

Odd Sense of Humor

Jokes can backfire on you. Not everyone has the same sense of humor, and some people don’t like things that make other people laugh.

Personally, I don’t see anything funny about peopleofwalmart.com where they post photos of Walmart shoppers who are dressed oddly. Why would you look at that stuff and laugh at those weirdos? I don’t get it – if you do that you are a sick pup in my book.

Heard a little kid giggling at the store this morning. That was so nice – it brings a smile to anyone’s lips to hear that – I don’t care how big a grumpy person you are. I’m glad that smiles are contagious. I wish more people naturally had a smile on their face rather than the scowls and frowns I see when I look around me.

Ice Cream in a Cone

Today I realized that it has been a very long time since I had ice cream in a cone. It’s been over 10 years. Probably longer. I honestly do not remember when is the last time I actually did have ice cream in a cone. I know I had a big waffle cone at a little shop in Washington DC back in 1991. Surely I’ve had it since then, but I can’t recall. I think with today’s heat I ed to remedy that situation and go directly to Baskin Robbins.

Amateur Weekend

Saint Patrick’s Day is a hue party for adults. Well, at least they are adults by the age on their driver’s license. But the way they act – not so much.

I call the whole two or three days that include St. Patric’s Day “Amateur Weekend.” This is the weekend of people drinking too much, because they don’t know when to stop or they have no willpower to stop with all their friends egging them on.

This is the worst weekend to be driving home on the highways in the early morning hours. Anyone driving between midnight and 2:00 am on Amateur Weekend are either drunk themselves or they are facing more than half of the others drivers on the same road who are drunk.

What bad times? i say to hell with them and penny pitching every time i go out to purchase something. I am going to back to the way it was before all this talk of hard times for Americans. I am tired of living stressed out and not able to enjoy the good times because everything we read watch and hear says bad times are here.

Instead of looking at the glass half empty I am going to do nothing but look at it half full because life is short and life was not meant to be this stress full at these times on this planet. Our grand parents and so on made the sacrifices back then so we could live great now and that is all I plan on doing from here on out, so who is with me on this?

Crossword Puzzles

My father used to love doing crossword puzzles and he was quite good at doing them. So good that he could do them in pen and not have to worry about finding a sharpened pencil each time he picked a new crossword puzzle up. I didn’t think it was such a big deal when I was growing up, but now that I think about it, it really impresses me on how good he was at these puzzles that suck at doing.

He would try and get me to do one from time to time, but it just wasn’t my cup of tea and I still don’t enjoy doing them. I more suited for word search puzzles, but I just don’t enjoy spending my free time working my brain that hard. Give me a good video to watch or good music to entertain me.

Leather Weather

Right now we are experiencing some nice “Leather Weather” riding your Harley Davidson in 70 degree weather is perfect for wearing your leathers for warmth and protection as well. I saw a ton of motorcycle enthusiasts out and about this weekend, taking advantage of this wonderful riding weather.

I miss my bike, big time, particularly this time of the year. One day I’ll have enough to buy my dream bike, an old Panhead or even a Knucklehead would do nicely. It will be chopped out and have a nice paint job on her, with ape hangers to top it all off with.

Birthday Wishes and Celebrations

September is such a busy birthday month for me. A good amount of family and friends celebrate their birthdays each September. I spend a good part of the month buying gifts, picking out greeting cards and attending many birthday parties.

March is another month that is chock filled with birthdays. I don’t know why it worked out that way, but at least I get a whole years worth of birthday tasks in two months time. I’m an odd ball, my birthday is in January. Right after Christmas so I get screwed each year with folks burned out from Christmas. But I’m sure you are familiar with stories just like mine concerning the issues with having a birthday around the Christmas holidays.
