I got to sit in a vibrating chair that massages you while the person doing the pedicure massages your feet and calves, before actually working on your toenails. That was one of the most relaxing things I have ever done. Now I understand why my dad goes to the spa with my mom every so often. I know that we guys tend to get a picture of what is and isn’t manly and it skews our judgement on things. I can officially say that I am hooked on this and plan to buy some of the gift certificates for some of my friends.

There is one that I really like, but I am not sure I want to spend quite that much money. It is an amphibian four wheeler, crossed with a jet ski. It is fast as hell in and out of the water, but defeats the purpose of occasionally getting stuck in the mud with it. Getting stuck in the mud and getting dirty is the best part of going four wheeling in my opinion, so long as you don’t get stuck too often. I suppose I will probably buy a new one though.

Believe it or not, I like to dance and I am pretty good at it. I don’t usually have a problem finding dance partners either. Not to toot my own horn, but I am fairly good looking and I show the ladies respect. I don’t act like the mac daddy and they appreciate that a lot. Women want a man to be real and act like they have some respect for themselves and the ladies too. That is what my mother taught me and I will stick to it, because it works.

I have completely restored everything to the original specifications as well as the interior and exterior looks. I just might enter into the competition, but I am not sure. I know that there are better ones out there, but I am very proud of mine. It has been a labor of love to restore this myself. Yes, I did all of the work myself. Of course I had a little help from time to time when one of the guys would drop by or my dad and I happened to be working on it. They always jump right in and want to help.

That doesn’t bother me in the least either. It’s a guy thing you know? We like to commune over machinery and have our “guy talks” as my mom likes to call it. Anyway, I am off to the car show so wish me luck in case I enter the show.

I have checked to make sure that it is not my connection and it is not. That didn’t help the problem. Oh well, I guess I will do some repair work around the house. It is raining outside and any yard work I had planned is scrapped as well. I am wondering if I should just say to hell with this shit and take the day off to laze around the house. I suppose I can do that after I do the small things I need done inside. I am going to fix that leaky pipe and the loose door on the cabinets and then find my remote to the TV and veg.

At 22 years old he has just really screwed his life up with stupid shit like so many others do. Considering all he had going for him, it was a majorly stupid move in my opinion. Also in the report, the actor apparently had previous charges of growing marijuana. All I can say is, fucktard. Why would anyone want to take part in a riot anyway? Really, what is the point?  It doesn’t get you anywhere. You end up in jail and look like a nut job in the end. What the fuck is that shit?

Some things are just over priced because they are a new fad. I can only hope that the price come down, or another company copy cats it and sells for less money. I am sure that by this time next year there will be a bunch of them on the market. I bought new bags last year for us, so I will not be buying this year, but I will keep these in mind for next year and see what they are going for at that time. Anyway, time to get my ass off of here and get some shit done around the yard.

My old Ford will be done in a few months. I have rebuilt it from the bottom up. I only have a few things to do to it before I take it to a body shop for a bad ass paint job. I am going to take it to the track out on highway 12 and see how it runs before I have it painted though. Just in case, you know? I don’t want to wreck it after I get it painted, and I want to put it on the track at least once.

Damned drug addicts are either pure genius or complete fucking idiots, you never can tell though.  I know the kids are going to have a good time and really that is what tonight is about, no matter how much I bitch about it. I like to see them smile and laugh. They are my kids after all. My wife likes to call me a  curmudgeon but a lot of times it is only and act and she knows it. I think I get that from my dad, he seemed to be a bit of a curmudgeon when I was growing up too.

I warmed up the pool so that the water wouldn’t be too cold to swim in. The kids will really love that as well as the adults. It wasn’t very difficult to do as I have a thermal blanket for the pool. Once the weather turned warm, I just replaced the cover with the blanket and we are now cooking with gas. Not really, I prefer charcoal myself. Ha ha ! I know it was corny, but I couldn’t help myself. Time to crack a brew and get to cooking. The little woman has been in the kitchen all day and part of yesterday cooking all kinds of side dishes, so now it is my turn. Later gator.
